States to business customers. What follows is BANDWIDTH 's online privacy policy, which governs personal information gathered on our Internet sites but not the sites other than Bandwidths. This
policy is established by the BANDWIDTH LLC Managing Partners.
BANDWIDTH 's Commitment to Online Security

and integrity of personal information. BANDWIDTH encrypts billing information wherever BANDWIDTH requests it. All BANDWIDTH agents and contractors with access to personal information obtained on
BANDWIDTH Web sites are also bound to adhere to this policy as part of their contract with BANDWIDTH.

BANDWIDTH collects personal information online, including names, postal and e-mail

In order to process a problem / complaint, BANDWIDTH may send the complaint to the
manufacturer or software provider where that entity is headquartered, handle it itself, or refer the problem to another appropriate organization for handling. Depending on the type of problem,
BANDWIDTH will also transfer problems directly to the company Concerned with the service or product. Consumer inquiries will be forwarded to the appropriate provider of services / equipment by email,
and consumers should recognize that this method of transmission may not be secure. Without submission of the requested information, BANDWIDTH will be unable to process your complaint / problem. We do
not at this time sell or rent your personal information.

statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.
